Product Manager – The Product Manager manages the product life cycles of current products and analyzes business opportunities involving new products for assigned product lines while delivering product training to dealers and customers. This position analyzes business opportunities for new products. Develop expertise in agricultural tillage and seeding practices and understand farmer’s needs for tillage and seeding equipment. Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) process for assigned product lines. Coordinate, develop and present product training. Conduct customer follow-up after the new products have been introduced. A Bachelor’s Degree in Ag/Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering Technology, Plant Science/Agronomy or Agribusiness and/or a minimum of two to three years’ experience in product management/planning functions is preferred.
