- Design Engineer – The Design Engineer is responsible for design and development of innovative products that provide high quality and reliable performance to our customers at a competitive cost. This individual also serves as a technical resource for design engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing by participating in design reviews and providing input and review of projects as directed.
- Manufacturing Engineer – Primary focus is directed to the manufacturing systems, processes, standards, tooling, and new technology by conducting moderately complex engineering projects which will obtain the most efficient and timely manufacturing process while providing technical support to the production operations.
- Product Evaluation Engineer/Technician – The Product Evaluation Engineer/Technician performs various product performance evaluation and testing activities of tillage products, competitive product benchmarking and new R& D projects. A bachelor’s degree in agricultural or mechanical engineering or technology is required. Extensive knowledge of tillage equipment is preferred. Knowledge and experience in the areas of farm equipment engineering, testing, mechanics/repair, electricity, hydraulics, and welding is also preferred. 50% travel required.
- Product Manager – The Product Manager manages the product life cycles of current products and analyzes business opportunities involving new products for assigned product lines while delivering product training to dealers and customers. This position analyzes business opportunities for new products. Develop expertise in agricultural tillage and seeding practices and understand farmer’s needs for tillage and seeding equipment. Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) process for assigned product lines. Coordinate, develop and present product training. Conduct customer follow-up after the new products have been introduced. A Bachelor’s Degree in Ag/Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering Technology, Plant Science/Agronomy or Agribusiness and/or a minimum of two to three years’ experience in product management/planning functions is preferred.
