- Territory Manager (Sales – MN/ND) – We are currently seeking a Territory Manager who will be responsible for the management of all Kuhn Krause sales activities in the assigned territory (Minnesota & North Dakota) including development of a strong dealer network to achieve market leadership, return on investment, control of assets, and sales objectives. The employee will be responsible for developing and maintaining the dealer network, serving as Company liaison with dealers/customers, leading dealer sales planning to grow territory sales, ensuring dealership sales/service personnel are trained on products and services, and representing Company at farm and equipment shows. The successful candidate will demonstrate his/her ability to be an independent, self-starter through the use of effective communication and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering or business and a minimum of five years experience in sales within a dealer-oriented industry is preferred. Knowledge of agricultural and equipment industry, marketing and business management techniques, and communications software (ex: Microsoft Office, etc.) is required. The position is home office based in the assigned sales territory.
