  • Dealer Development Assistant — The Dealer Development Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the dealer network by maintaining accurate records, processing dealer requests, and assisting with programs that promote business development and customer satisfaction across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include entering and verifying information in the customer database, monitoring product registrations, processing customer surveys and warranty registrations, coordinating data entry of sales programs, assisting in dealer information maintenance and processing/mailing promotional orders. An Administrative Assistant associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, Internet research, mapping tools, and survey platforms and knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.
