  • Dealer Development Specialist – The Dealer Development Specialist supports the growth of the Kuhn North America dealer network by managing CRM tools, merchandise programs, signage programs, and customer feedback. This role develops resources for distribution partners, ensures customer and machine data accuracy, and collaborates across teams to enhance both dealer and customer experiences. Responsibilities include coordination of CRM activities and campaigns, coordination of customer survey initiatives, management of the Company merchandise eStore and marketing image creation, and management of the dealer event kit and signage programs. A bachelor’s or associate degree in agri-business, marketing, communications or administration, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, internet research, and survey platforms, and experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus. 
  • Design Engineer – The Design Engineer is responsible for design and development of components and subsystems based on customer needs, manufacturability, safety, and cost, including development and maintenance of BOMs for new and existing assemblies and products. Proficiency in CAD (Pro-E/CREO) and knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and machining is essential. A farm background is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in agricultural or mechanical engineering and ag/industrial design engineering experience is required.
  • Export Sales Manager – The Export Sales Support Manager is responsible for the management of all sales support activities conducted outside of US and Canada for products manufactured by KUHN in the US, to optimize sales growth and support the overall Company goals. The individual will serve as a primary liaison for KUHN Group distribution subsidiaries and importers; coordinating all interactions regarding product sales performance, trade shows, visits, demonstrations, and product launches for KUHN US products and services. Duties include assuring that designated sales representatives are trained to effectively represent KUHN products and services internationally, influencing our international network to grow with KUHN products, managing machine inventory to protect Company assets, and assisting in the development of products and programs to increase sales and customer satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree in ag business, marketing, engineering or engineering technology and/or a minimum of five years of sales, sales support or product management experience, including knowledge of sales operations (pricing policies, networks, terms & conditions, contracts) is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture industry, including understanding of international livestock and crop production markets, and experience selling heavy industrial or agricultural equipment is also preferred. Knowledge and application experience of marketing and business management techniques and communications software (ex. Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Position is based at the Brodhead, WI Headquarters and requires at least 50% travel.
  • Field Product Specialist (Northeast US Region) – The Field Product Specialist supports product sales throughout the region through education, training, feedback, and support of the current and future products marketed by Kuhn North America in the Northeast Region. Duties include leading product training presentations to train dealership and internal personnel, assisting in product demonstration, leading new product introductions, assisting in new business identification opportunities and providing region-specific field feedback and leading customer follow-up on new products. A Bachelor’s Degree in Ag/Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering Technology, or Agribusiness and extensive agricultural equipment application and mechanics experience is preferred. Extensive application knowledge and experience in word processing (Word), spreadsheet applications (Excel), presentation software (PowerPoint), collaboration (Teams), Internet, and e-mail is required.
  • Manufacturing Cell Manager (Hay Tool Products) – The Manufacturing Cell Manager is responsible for on time delivery, production costs, quality and quantity, methods application, and effective utilization of labor, machines, and equipment of the hay tools value stream. Regular duties include managing employees/carrying out supervisory responsibilities (include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; addressing concerns; and resolving problems) and the daily operations of the hay tool manufacturing cell, facilitating continuous improvement, and maintaining proper staffing levels. A minimum of three years of production supervision and a related associate’s or bachelor’s degree is required. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, assembly and paint prep), cost of quality (i.e. scrap and rework) is required.  Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Enterprise techniques is preferred.
  • Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication Focus) – The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement within the fabrication function (lasers, brake presses, saws, etc.) and establishing and maintaining safe and efficient production processes, with the objective of reducing cost of manufacturing while improving quality. Activities include leading projects to analyze engineering designs, procurement procedures, manufacturing methods, staffing requirements and machine utilization, material routing and handling methods, tool design and application, etc., acting as project leader/liaison and coordinate activities with manufacturing production departments, production/inventory control and design engineering departments, developing manufacturing processes/procedures/work instructions and routings and developing economic justification for capital equipment. A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering and/or five years engineering experience in a heavy industrial environment is preferred. Technical competency in steel fabrication, welding, machining, or paint finishing and thorough knowledge of fabrication manufacturing and quality processes is also required. 3-D CAD knowledge required, Pro-E/Creo is preferred.
  • Product Evaluation Engineer/Technician The Product Evaluation Engineer/Technician performs various product performance evaluation and testing activities, including Kuhn/Kuhn Knight/Kuhn Krause products, competitive product benchmarking and new R&D projects. A bachelor’s degree in agricultural or mechanical engineering or technology is required. Extensive knowledge of material spreading, mixing and hay tool technology is preferred. Knowledge and experience in the areas of farm equipment engineering, testing, mechanics/repair, electricity, hydraulics, and welding is also preferred. 50% travel required.
  • Regional Sales Manager (Central US Region) The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for attaining the Company’s goals in the assigned region by working with assigned sales/support personnel (Territory Managers, Field Support Representatives & Field Product Specialists) to successfully market the Company’s products over the long term, through a committed dealer network to satisfy our agricultural customers’ desire for maximum return on investment. Duties include directing and managing the activities of the regional staff, working with regional staff and other departments to develop and maintain a dealer organization to obtain corporate sales and customer satisfaction goals, attain Company sales goals through informed and trained dealers, manage inventory to support sales potential, manage and protect Company’s assets within the regional and lead team in providing field feedback. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and/or a minimum of eight years of sales management experience, including working with dealer networks and supervising TMs is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture, experience selling heavy industrial or agricultural equipment and knowledge of computer system use in sales management is also preferred. This position is home-based within the Central Region.
  • Technical Support Specialist (Hay Tools Products) – As a member of the Product Support team, this individual serves as the subject matter expert for set group of products (hay tools) and supports KNA personnel and dealers in resolving after sales service issues. Responsibilities include collaborating with other KNA departments to diagnose & resolve service and performance issues, reviewing and processing warranty claims, developing service bulletins and service instructions, along with creating and presenting training material. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in agricultural mechanics or agricultural engineering technology is preferred. The position requires knowledge and skills in the areas of customer service, mechanics/repair, electronics, and hydraulics.
  • Territory Manager (Kentucky, Southern IN & Southern OH) – We are currently seeking a Territory Manager who will be responsible for the management of all Kuhn North America sales activities in the assigned territory (Virginia, South Carolina & North Carolina) including development of a strong dealer network to achieve market leadership, return on investment, control of assets, and sales objectives. The employee will be responsible for developing and maintaining the dealer network, serving as Company liaison with dealers/customers, leading dealer sales planning to grow territory sales, ensuring dealership sales/service personnel are trained on products and services, and representing Company at farm and equipment shows. The successful candidate will demonstrate his/her ability to be an independent, self-starter through the use of effective communication and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering or business and a minimum of five years experience in sales within a dealer-oriented industry is preferred. Knowledge of agricultural and equipment industry, marketing and business management techniques, and communications software (ex: Microsoft Office, etc.) is required. The position is home office based in the assigned sales territory.
  • Warehouse Manager – The Warehouse Manager is responsible for controlling and directing the receiving, storage and distribution of all raw, work-in-process, and finished goods material to and from the warehouses. This includes personnel and equipment initiatives to optimize safe, timely, and cost-effective product output by the Company. Duties include developing/maintaining supply chain strategies/goals, ensuring accountability for controlled inventory and finished goods shipping/warehousing and supervising shipping/warehouse employees and facilities. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree program and/or a minimum of five years shipping and warehouse management experience is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture, experience in the heavy industrial or agricultural equipment industry, and knowledge of MS Office and computer system application in warehouse management is also preferred.
