GMD 15030
Kuhn North America, Inc., is pleased to introduce the new KUHN GMD 15030 rear mounted quad disc mower, the largest mounted disc mower on the market! This quad mower brings unmatched mowing capacity to the field, delivering a bold blend of sheer width and surprising agility. Its expansive 47'7" working width boosts productivity by up to 50% over traditional triple mower combinations, making it ideal for large-scale forage operations looking to maximize efficiency during peak harvest windows. Despite its width, the GMD 15030 is engineered for exceptional maneuverability, performing smoothly across varied terrain thanks to its synchronized cutterbars and independent articulation systems. When paired with a front mower, it can cut up to 49 acres per hour at typical operating speeds. It then transforms for transport, folding to under 10' wide and under 12.5' tall, making travel safe and efficient.
The GMD 15030 is equipped with four heavy‑duty Optidisc® Elite cutterbars, engineered to produce a clean, precise cut in all crop types. Zero oil‑change intervals and Protectadrive® safety stations help reduce maintenance requirements, minimize downtime, and keep operators productive when it matters most. For superior ground adaptation, Lift‑Control® hydropneumatic suspension allows each cutterbar to float independently and maintain consistent ground pressure. This results in improved forage quality, fewer impurities in the harvested crop, and reduced wear on skids and cutting components. Operators can tailor the GMD 15030 to their preferences with a choice of control systems. The intuitive KFA 12 control offers straightforward operation, while full ISOBUS compatibility enables advanced automation for headland management, section control and machine diagnostics, helping ensure consistent, confident performance across operators of varying experience levels.
Designed to deliver productivity, durability, and ease of use, the GMD 15030 represents a significant advancement in high‑capacity mowing technology for professional forage producers.

Built for large dairies, feedlots and custom operators, the GMD 9530 RV provides a simple and efficient solution for harvesting heavy, dense forage while reducing horsepower requirements and ownership costs. The GMD 9530 RV's integrated auger merging system delivers true two-in-one performance, allowing operators to mow conventionally with a wide swath or merge crop into a clean, centralized windrow. Unlike traditional belt-merger systems, the auger design achieves high-capacity mowing and merging with fewer components and lower horsepower demand.
Built to thrive in demanding forage conditions, the GMD 9530 RV features a 100% mechanical driveline, heavy-duty gearboxes and dedicated cam-clutch and shear-bolt protection. Large 20-inch augers operating at 900 RPM provide reliable crop flow and excellent throughput in heavy silage and winter forage crops, helping operators maintain productivity during critical harvest windows. The machine also incorporates KUHN's proven Optidisc® Elite cutterbar technology. Differential disc spacing promotes a clean, consistent cut while the lubricated-for-life cutterbar eliminates regular oil changes. Protectadrive® disc-bearing protection helps prevent costly damage and downtime, reducing maintenance requirements and maximizing uptime throughout the season.
"The GMD 9530 RV was developed for producers looking for a durable, lower-cost alternative to mower-conditioner belt merger systems," said Travis Wolf, Hay & Forage Product Manager. "By combining mowing and merging into one machine, operators can improve harvesting efficiency while simplifying their operation and reducing overall ownership costs."
With a focus on productivity, simplicity and durability, the KUHN GMD 9530 RV delivers dependable performance for high-acreage forage operations.

Built with the durability and performance KUHN is known for, these + Series machines feature the renowned Fast‑Fit® knives and the Optidisc® Elite lubed‑for‑life cutterbar to reduce maintenance. Continuous Protectadrive® disc bearing stations reduce the risk of cutterbar damage from an obstacle strike, ensuring maximum uptime when it matters most. To respond to in-field obstacles, the non-stop hydraulic breakaway system allows the machine to move up and out of the way They’re ready to get the perfect cut no matter the field variability.Lift-Control® hydropneumatics suspension allows the cutterbars to float independently while maintaining consistent ground pressure to react quickly to changing terrain, reducing ash incorporating and maintaining forage quality. FC 30 + mower conditioners offer the choice between the DigiDry finger conditioner or the Diamond Block rubber roller conditioner to match conditioning intensity to crop type, volume and drydown requirements.
Travis Wolf, KUHN Hay & Forage Product Manager Shared, “We've had farmers asking for ISOBUS on KUHN triple mower and mower conditioners, and I'm excited we have this solution available to forage growers. The addition of optional ISOBUS controls enables operators to integrate greater automation into their harvesting operations for improved efficiency and ease of use.”
MM 1102 & 1302
KUHN North America, Inc., is pleased to introduce the next generation of Merge Maxx® triple hay mergers with the MM 1102 and MM 1302, designed to maximize productivity, efficiency and forage quality for large dairies and commercial hay operations.
Built for tough, high‑volume conditions, the MM 1102 and 1302 feature ISOBUS controls, a heavy‑duty 42‑inch belt and a redesigned solid floating windguard. These updates work together to deliver smooth crop transfer, consistent windrows and improved operator comfort, setting a new standard for performance and reliability. The floating windguard minimizes crop loss and forms uniform windrows that feed more efficiently into the chopper, supporting faster and more consistent harvesting.
