Truck-mounted Botec 4-Auger TMR Mixers

A choice of double right-angle gearbox drive or a GTD (gear tooth belt drive) is offered. The double right-angle gearbox provides a simple and dependable drive system to meet most needs. The GTD drive features a heavy-duty cogged belt that absorbs the shock load when starting and stopping the truck PTO in heavy torque-load situations. This results in smooth, reliable operation.

The unique Botec box design requires less horsepower than competitive feed mixers, eliminating the need for a hydrostatic drive in most applications. For customers who prefer the hydrostatic drive option, consult the factory.
Available with capacities from 360 to 900 cubic feet.

 

Maximizing Feeding Efficiency with Truck Mounted Commercial Reel TMR Mixers

Many feedlot operators choose a truck-mounted Commercial Reel mixer for time-saving, efficient operation. The fast and gentle mixing action of the reel reduces the need to mix in transit. This results in faster feeding time and fewer fines in the bunk. Faster mixing from the reel means about a 25 percent faster discharge rate over auger units, which helps maximize feeding efficiency. Faster feeding time also saves fuel and maintenance on your trucks.

The high discharge height design allows the slide tray discharge to feed into bunks up to 45" high. This eliminates the need for more costly auger or chain discharge systems. Other benefits of a truck mount include, operator comfort and increased maneuverability, especially when backing up in long bunk runs. Available with capacities from 500 to 950 cubic feet.

 

Truck mounted Kuhn Knight Reel Auggie Feed Mixers

The truck mounted Reel Auggie is a good choice for operators with road travel between locations. Most truck mounts provide a higher discharge point, which often allows the use of the slide tray. The 3036 and 3042 have the entire drive in the rear of the mixer, which is more convenient and accessible once the mixer is truck-mounted.

Efficient Vertical Maxx Truck Mount Vertical Mixer

The Vertical Maxx is the most efficient truck mount vertical mixer on the market. The Vertical Maxx with bull gear drive eliminates the need for planetary gearboxes and extra oil coolers on truck mount units and provide the following benefits:

ProTwin Slinger Spreaders with Truck Mount Convenience

ProTwin Slinger Spreaders may be truck mounted for over-the-road transport to the field. The standard truck mount spreader features an enclosed gear drive with automotive driveline for smooth, quiet operation. An optional hydrostatic drive utilizes a piston pump and motor with load-sensing capability to drive the input shaft of the spreader. This drive is recommended for heavy-duty or continuous cycle applications such as commercial hauling and some lime sludge operations. The truck mounted Kuhn Knight ProTwin Slinger is available with capacities from 1,584 to 4,064 Gallons.

This Commercial Box Spreader is designed for heavy-duty and heavy use applications with many features to meet the demands for your operation.

The variable speed hydraulic apron drive allows the operator to control the spread rate and quickly unload manure in under three minutes. The hydraulically controlled, swing-out beater option allows the operator to remove large rocks from the spreader without leaving the truck cab. You can depend on the sturdy dual apron drive that provides each apron with a separate drive shaft for more dependable operation with heavy, dense material. A two-piece, solid poly floor requires less power for unloading and provides longer life.

Also there is an optional silage kit that converts the Commercial Box Manure Spreader into a live Floor Silage Box. Available in 20 Feet (600 bushel) and 22 Feet (700 bushel).
