New 4100 Series Models

The 4136 and 4142 are the newest models designed for dairies and feedlots with the latest enhancements to provide a mixer that is reliable, efficient and affordable. Improvements made to the drive system, undercarriage, box construction and weigh bar system have improved serviceability and reliability. However, one fact remains the same, the overall superior mixing performance of this machine has gone unchanged. It is the same genuine Kuhn Knight quality with a new streamlined design.

Innovative Botec Design

This design features a raised, lower right auger and upper auger trough. This raised-auger and box configuration provides a thorough yet gentle blending of ingredients.

The new door opening can now accommodate either the 3-auger discharge or chain and slat chute used on other Kuhn Knight vertical and reel mixers.

The ladder was removed from the side and mounted on the oil bath with pipe construction for hand comfort and steps with a textured grip.

Discharge Door & Linkage

• The all-new discharge door frame is more rigid and less complex for dependable day-in and day-out operation.

Nylon Auger Bearings

• The reliable, externally-mounted nylon bearings tolerate overloading and 
contamination better than traditional roller bearings and are more cost effective to replace.
