1100  Series with VertiSpread Beaters

The Commercial ProSpread Box Spreaders are designed for operators who want to spread the toughest material with superior performance. This unit features an all-steel welded box construction, solid poly floors, split-apron drive and removable beaters. The spread rate is controlled by adjusting the apron speed with a hydraulic control valve. This variable-speed apron helps to evenly spread pen pack, feedlot manure, dairy manure, compost, lime sludge, dirt or any other solid material. Now this spreader can accommodate vertical beaters to provide a wide and consistent spread pattern of 25 – 30 feet.

Apron Chain Design

• The all-steel welded construction provides a solid framework which includes a rigid A-frame to keep the sides and beater panels aligned for strong box integrity.

• The heavy-duty, double-apron pintle chain has high tensile strength to pull the heaviest material with little worry about breakage.

• The high-density, two-piece, solid poly floor reduces friction and horsepower requirements to provide long life and eliminates corrosion concerns with the floor.

Innovative Split-Apron Drive

• This provides each apron with a separate drive shaft from each end, powered by the parallel-shaft gearbox, which results in the chains being pulled evenly for dependability and long life.

Removable Beater Assembly

• Horizontal or vertical beaters can be removed or installed easily for stockpiling or converting to a silage box, which provides a versatile dual purpose unit.
